I have had this holster for about a month now and have wore it enough to give an honest review. I have tried Steathgear, Whitehat, Crossbread, Milt Sparks, and some I cannot say anything nice about so I will leave them out. I find all of the above mentioned fairly comfortable. I am carrying a M&P Shield 45 in the Pro tandem and I can say this holster is the most comfortable I have tried in 19 years of carrying. This holster feels like that tee-shirt that is so comfortable you just cannot throw it away even with holes in it. I have had a few days with 16 hours wearing it with no discomfort at all. The holster is large and the steathgear does breath a little better, but the Pro Tandem beats the Onyx hands down in comfort. Another thing I have noticed is the Pro Tandem pulls the gun in tighter to you body than other hybrid holsters, and I would compare this to how the Milt Sparks VM2 pulls in the gun. When I bend the gun butt does not push out. It is truly a amazing holster. I also carry a LC9s in Crossbreed SuperTuck some times and the comfort difference is amazing and really wished I had the pro tandem for it.
The only negative I have found is the clips. I will have the gun slip further back through out the day. It is not much, but it is noticeable for me. I like how the clips on the Crossbreed does not allow the holster to move. This is more personal preference because I know there are lots of people that had the clips being too tight on the Crossbreed holsters. I really had to nit pick to come up with that though.

I can pretty much echo the review left by Mr. Barkley. This holster does seem big when you first get it. I put it on and adjusted it and realized it wasn’t as bulky as it looks. By the end of the day, I cold barely tell I had it on. This is more comfortable than any of my other IWB holsters. I have hip problems, and my other holsters tend to aggravate the pain after wearing them all day. The Pro Tandem does not put pressure on my hip like the others. Spend a few minutes practicing the twist and release retention system, and you will find it works very well. All in all, an amazing holster ! I will be a repeat customer.

I recently purchased a Pro Tandem for my M & P Shield. When I took it out of the package I wasn’t really sure that it would work for me. It seemed too big and bulky. So I decided to just put it on and see how it worked. At first it did seem very large and it was uncomfortable. After I had worn it for a day or two I realized not only that this holster was more comfortable that my old Professional model, which I’ve worn daily for over 4 years, but that it concealed my pistol a lot better also. My Shield is held more securely and closer to my hip and doesn’t move around at all. I’m very pleased with the Pro Tandem and very glad that I decided to give it a try and not just send it back. I have the utmost confidence in this holster and recommend very highly to anyone who is looking for a very comfortable, stable, secure and concealable holster. In my opinion N82 Tactical has hit a grand slam with this holster.
